I am writing in appreciation of the excellent service and support I received from your Porsche service and parts components on December 26, 2009.
I have been utilizing Autohaus for the past five years to service my Porsches with satisfaction, but the support I received recently deserves a special note of appreciation. Most specifically, I would like to highlight your Porsche technician, Christopher Wise. Mr. Wise, clearly a Porsche enthusiast, took the time to explain the services he was performing and then completed the services with extraordinary care and detail. As an example, I keep the interior and exterior of my Porsche in excellent condition and Mr. Wise’s careful efforts to ensure my vehicle left the service department in the same condition it entered was especially notable. If possible, I will be requesting Mr. Wise perform my next scheduled maintenance.
I would also like to hightlight Porsche Service Advisor, Justin Van Aulen, and Porsche Parts Advisor, Tracey Deel, who both offered excellent service and support during my visit.
In summary, I look forward to returning to Autohaus for future scheduled maintenance on my Porsche and appreciate the excellent support and service I have received to date.

I just wanted to follow up on the service performed on our 911; the coolant issue seems to be resolved. I drove it hard for over 100 miles on Monday and everything is fine. Please thank Mr. Don Rice for diligently working on this and solving the coolant leak, these things can be frustrating when they hide or leak in out of the way places. I also appreciate that Autohaus Lancaster went over and above to correct the problem and satisfy the customer. I have been on both sides of these type issues and understand the difficulties of serving the customer base. The professionalism of the Autohaus Lancaster technical staff is greatly appreciated.
